Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment, so that the items can be checked before shipping, to ensure their quality and reliability . After that, your order will be assigned to the carrier, and delivery is estimated at 8 to 15 business days, orders are very often delivered before 15 business days.

Washing & Maintenance

Here are some tips for washing and caring for your lace garments:

Hand wash:

Preparation: Fill a basin with lukewarm water (around 30°C) and add a small amount of mild detergent or soap specially designed for delicate fabrics.
Cleaning: Gently immerse your lace garment in water and let it soak for a few minutes. Shake it gently without rubbing or twisting to avoid damaging the fibers.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all traces of soap are removed.

Machine wash:

If you choose to machine wash your lace, take the following precautions:

Protection: Place the garment in a washing net to protect it from friction and snags.
Program: Select a delicate or delicate cycle, with a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Laundry: Use a mild detergent, without bleaching agents or harsh products.

Drying:

Spin drying: Avoid machine spinning. After washing, gently squeeze the garment between your hands to remove excess water, without twisting it.
Drying: Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel, then roll up the towel to absorb moisture. Then unroll and let it air dry, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading.

Ironing :

Protection: Place a thin cloth between the iron and the lace to avoid direct contact and protect the delicate fibers.
