Return policy

Our policy lasts 15 days . If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it . It must also be in its original packaging .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase . Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@dentellemoi.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Each return request must be accompanied by a return form .
  • Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide to you by email.

  • Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Cases of Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund is then processed, and your credit card or initial payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at support@dentellemoi.com

Sale or Promotional Items

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an email at: support@dentellemoi.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than 50€ , we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We don't guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
