HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK AT DENTELLE & MOI?

We offer secure delivery for all items over €55 thanks to our transport partners. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days following payment, so that the items can be checked before shipping, to ensure their quality and reliability . After that, your order will be assigned to the carrier, and delivery is estimated at 8 to 15 business days, orders are very often delivered before 15 business days.

Please note that these delivery times may vary due to several factors such as shipping service, promotions, and time periods. While we cannot guarantee these delivery times once your package has shipped, we do our best to minimize our delivery times and improve your experience with us.

Here are some tips for washing and caring for your lace garments:

Hand wash:

• Preparation: Fill a basin with lukewarm water (around 30°C) and add a small amount of mild detergent or soap specially designed for delicate fabrics.
• Cleaning: Gently immerse your lace garment in water and let it soak for a few minutes. Shake it gently without rubbing or twisting to avoid damaging the fibers.
• Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all traces of soap are removed.

Machine wash:

If you choose to machine wash your lace, take the following precautions:

• Protection: Place the garment in a washing net to protect it from friction and snags.
• Program: Select a delicate or delicate cycle, with a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
• Laundry: Use a mild detergent, without bleaching agents or harsh products.

Drying:

• Spin drying: Avoid machine spinning. After washing, gently squeeze the garment between your hands to remove excess water, without twisting it.
• Drying: Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel, then roll up the towel to absorb moisture. Then unroll and let it air dry, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading.

Ironing :

• Temperature: If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature iron.
• Protection: Place a thin cloth between the iron and the lace to avoid direct contact and protect the delicate fibers.
